Rhino-Cart Sweepstakes: 1 prize winner will be randomly selected on December 11.

1. Eligibility: The Rhino-Cart Sweepstakes is available to everyone 16 years and older. Employees of Strong Hand Tools. (the “Sponsor”) their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Strong Hand Tools as final and binding as it relates to the content. The Sweepstakes are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
3. Sweepstakes Period: The Rhino-Cart sweepstakes entries can be submitted online, or in person. Rhino-Cart Sweepstakes entries must be received by December 11, 2021, 1:59 pm EDT.
4. How to Enter: September 13, 2021, 10:00am EDT – December 11, 2021 1:59pm EDT. 

You must scan your badge at the Strong Hand Tools booth to be entered into the Rhino-Cart sweepstakes drawing scheduled to occur on December 11. You may also fill out the form on the right. The entry must fulfill all sweepstakes requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Strong Hand Tools. If you use fraudulent methods or attempt to circumvent the rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of the Strong Hand Tools.

5. Prizes: “Grand Prize” Rhino-Cart – A fully loaded Rhino-Cart + Plasma Cutting tray, approximate retail value of $2,750.

Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Strong Hand Tools. No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Strong Hand Tools discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Strong Hand Tools to use winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

6. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner selection and notification: Winners of the Rhino-Cart Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing. Winners of the Rhino-Cart grand prize will be notified via social media, text message and e-mail to the contact information they provided in their tradeshow registration, if winner does not collect or respond within 3 days, a new winner will be selected and give 3 days to respond or collect their prize.
