Physical Setup: A compact cobot unit is bolted directly into the 5/8-inch boreholes on one end of the Rhino Cart. Since the table's coordinate grid is highly precise, the programmer can align the cobot's software coordinates directly with the table's physical X and Y grid.

Fixturing Workflow: Small to medium-sized assemblies are staged using locating pins, D-stop bars, and Inserta clamps. Once the jig coordinates are programmed, the cobot can execute precise, automated welds across multiple parts.

Utility Integration: The F3 series includes pre-machined slots in the center divider panel. This allows high-amperage welding cables, shielding gas hoses, and electrical lines to be routed neatly beneath the cart.
