Overview
Pipe on
rollers
Rollout plates carry pipe on pairs of Ø2" (50 mm) rollers, so the pipe turns on the welding table. They take 1" to 8" pipe, and every roller pair has two positions for different pipe sizes.
Two versions: the RLP050 has one roller pair on a compact base; the RLP110 has a roller pair at each end of a 14.4" (365 mm) plate and a conductive ground tab rated to 300 A.
Bolt either one to a perforated table top, or clamp it to the table.

How it works
Mount, set,
line up, ground
Four steps from a bare table to pipe on rollers.
- 01

Bolt or clamp it down
Bolt it to a perforated table top, or clamp it to the table. The RLP050 mounts through its slotted feet and tab hole; the RLP110 through the holes in its plate.
- 02

Set the rollers
Each roller arm swings between two positions: narrow for smaller pipe, wide for larger pipe.
- 03

Line up a second plate
Set an RLP050 in line with an RLP110 and space the two to suit the job.
- 04

Connect the ground
Screw the ground tab to the side of the RLP110 and connect your ground clamp to it. It is rated for up to 300 A.

Rollers
Ø2" rollers
Ø2.0" (50 mm) rollers in pairs: one pair on the RLP050, one at each end of the RLP110.
-

Roller arms
One arm per roller
Each roller rides on its own arm, pinned to the side plate with a socket-head bolt.
-

RLP050 base
Slotted feet + tab
Two slotted feet and a center tab with a Ø0.63" (16 mm) hole make up the RLP050 base.
-

RLP110 plate
Seven-hole plate
Seven mounting holes on 2" and 4" centers and two arc slots sit between the roller pairs.

FAQ
Questions, answered
The short answers on grounding, hardware and mounting.
- Does the RLP050 have a ground connection?
- No. The conductive ground tab comes with the RLP110 only. Use an RLP110 where you need to ground the pipe through the plate.
- Where does the ground tab go?
- On the side of the RLP110 plate, next to one of the roller pairs. It fastens with the two M5 × 8 screws in the bag.
- Is hardware for fixing it to the table included?
- No. Bolts or clamps to hold the plate to your table are not in the box.
- Can I use it on a table without holes?
- Yes. Clamp the plate to the table instead of bolting it through a perforated top.
