Multi-Directional Pivoting Model

Overview & Capabilities

  • Hole Compatibility: Fits โŒ€5/8" (โŒ€16mm) holes on BuildPro Tabletops or Heavy Duty Riser Blocks.

  • Multi-Axis Rotation: * Features a 360° rotating horizontal arm.

    • Features a 360° rotating vertical post.

    • The pivoting model provides a 70° angled clamping range.

  • Versatility: Capable of clamping stock both horizontally and vertically.

  • Bonus Accessory: Includes a magnetic top V-Pad (Part No. T54217) designed for clamping round stock and square tubing edges.

Clamping Modes

  • Vertical / Angled Clamping: Uses the fixed vertical clamp arm with the pivoting spindle inserted into the clamp post for vertical hold-down or angled pressure.

  • Horizontal Clamping: The fixed vertical clamp arm and pivoting spindle can be removed from the clamp post and placed directly into the tabletop holes for low-profile horizontal clamping.

Product Overview & Usage

  • Application: Designed for vertical hold-down clamping on BuildPro Tabletops or Heavy Duty Riser Blocks.

  • Installation: Fits into any standard Ø5/8" (Ø16 mm) table hole.

  • Versatility: The pivoting/adjustable model applies angled clamping forces, allowing stock to be clamped both horizontally and vertically.

Key Features & Adjustments

  • Adjustable Arm: Slides the spindle smoothly to any desired pressure point for precise clamping locations.

  • Dual-Axis Adjustment: The clamp arm can be adjusted along either the vertical or horizontal axis to fit unique hold-down applications.

  • Anti-Rotation: Features a square shaft design to prevent unwanted arm rotation.

  • Height Control: Includes a Stop Ring that can be moved as needed to securely set and lock the height of the clamp.

Adjustable arm provides precise clamping location by sliding the spindle to any desired pressure point.

Adjust the clamp arm along the vertical or horizontal axis for each unique hold down application.

Move the Stop Ring as needed to set the height of the clamp.
