Designed for the safe and efficient handling of heavy components, our Lifting Brackets provide a reliable lifting solution for 28 mm tables and similar equipment. Two models are available to meet a range of lifting needs:
1. Lifting Bracket w/ Eye Nut (T28-97150)
- Load Capacity: Rated up to 1,800 kg for secure lifting.
- Quick Installation: Fastens using four clamping bolts (T28-46450).
- Purpose: Ideal for stable vertical lifts; lateral forces must be avoided on the eye nut to maintain load capacity.
- Safety Note: Ensure eye nut is fully threaded and seated flat on the bracket. Clamping bolts must be fully seated to achieve proper clamping force.
2. Lifting Bracket w/ Swivel Hoist Ring (T28-97159)
- Heavy-Duty Capacity: Rated up to 2,700 kg for more demanding lifting tasks.
- Flexible Mounting: Compatible with ball lock bolts (T28-46450 or T28-47455) for quick and secure setup.
- Forged-Steel Construction: Built for maximum durability and long service life.
- Extended Reach: Extra clearance accommodates larger lifting hooks.
- Full Range of Motion:180° pivot and 360° swivel for safe lifting from virtually any angle.

- Compatibility: Both models are fully compatible with 28 mm tables.

Usage Guidelines:
- Always ensure lifting components (Eye Nut or Hoist Ring) are fully threaded and seated flat on the bearing surface.
- Do not lift objects more than 100 mm off the ground.
- Never allow personnel underneath lifted or suspended loads.
- Follow all applicable material handling safety standards.
Choose the Eye Nut model (T28-97150) for standard vertical lifts or the Swivel Hoist Ring model (T28-97159) for enhanced flexibility and higher-capacity lifting. Both ensure quick setup, safe operation, and long-lasting performance in industrial and workshop environments.

Stronger, More Rigid Frame
The machined tubular frame construction of the Alpha 28 table provides improved flatness and torsional stiffness compared to plate only frames. The rigid frame with modular plates on the Alpha 28 means less high spots and less twisting compared to welded plate designs. The welded construction of a plate only design often leads to distortion and high spots around the corners and center.

Four M12 hex drive cap screws and washers are included with each leg to mount onto flanges at the bottom of the table frame.
Leveling feet with spindles at the bottom of the legs offer fine adjustment and leveling.
Anchoring pads can be used in place of leveling feet and include a plate flange with two 18 mm diameter holes for anchoring your table down to the floor.
