Siegmund™ System 28 Professional Extreme tables now feature the latest upgrades in aesthetics, versatility, and durability. Our Double Hardened Tables are constructed from through hardened steel before undergoing a Plasma Nitride treatment to provide you with a table of superior quality and performance.

Welding tables come in a variety of sizes to suit your unique fabrication needs. The five face design of the table using 25 mm thick plates and reinforcements underneath creates an extremely rigid table surface. A plasma nitride finish comes standard on all tables for a work surface extremely resistant to wear, deformation, corrosion, and weld spatter.

Diagonal Grid Patterns: Work holes are 28 mm diameter and spaced 100 mm apart. The diagonal grid pattern provides 80-90% more fixture locations on the top face of the table for even greater flexibility.

Height-Adjustable Leg, 450-700 H, 28 mm (S2-280878-X) x 4
Leg is height adjustability in a range of 450-700 mm or 550-900 mm. The load-bearing capacity remains 2,000 kg, regardless of height. A second lock bolt ensures additional stability. The leg can be vernier adjusted up to 50 mm.

Our recommendation: Sleeve for Table Leg for every table leg with foot plate (Item No. 280859.1 for Leg height-adjustable System 28) (not included in the delivery)

Leg Boot protects threaded arbor from dirt and prevents damages to the welding hose, due to the constant contact with the threaded arbor.

Pipe Clamp Universal, 28 mm (S2-280604) x 4
Pipe Clamp Universal, with swiveling Arbor enables flexible clamping at a + / - 42 degree angle. This Pipe Clamp combines the advantages of conventional 45° or 90° clamps. It can be used at an angle as well as straight, resulting in additional clamping options and a more variable clamping range.

The horizontal round tube with a length of 200 mm is fully adjustable and creates, combined with the swiveling arbor, a variable clamping range. The length of the vertical pipe is 250 mm.

To integrate the vertical pipe into the system boreholes, an adjusting ring is used (Item No. 280653.N). As a standard feature, the Round Pipe Clamp Universal is equipped with a 135 mm threaded arbor.
