Overview
A 5/8" fixturing top that rolls
The Tech Cart puts a 5/8" system table top on a rolling aluminum frame. Choose a 24" × 18" or 36" × 24" top, in 10 mm manganese phosphate or 12 mm nitrided steel, both with Ø5/8" holes on a 2" grid for clamps, fixtures and workholding accessories.
Each short end carries a yellow steel pegboard with hooks, so the tools you use most hang right at the work.
Add the 12-pc Clamping Kit as an option and the cart comes ready to fixture.

How it works
Roll it, hang it,
clamp it, flip it
A table and a tool board that go where the job is. What you do with it, in four moves.

Roll and lock
Roll the cart on its four 3" swivel casters and set the brakes to hold it in place.

Hang your tools
Drop the hooks into any slot on either pegboard and move them as your tools change.

Clamp on the grid
Set clamps, stops and fixtures in any 5/8" hole on the 2" grid.

Flip the top
The top is double-sided. Take out its eight screws, turn it over and it seats back on the self-locating bushings.

Order the cart with the TSB-A kit and it comes ready to fixture: two Inserta Clamps, two Inserta Pliers, four stops and four V-blocks, all sized for the 5/8" holes in the top, in a zip pouch.

Fit, materials, height and what ships.
- Will my 5/8" clamps and fixtures fit?
- Yes. The top has Ø5/8" holes on a 2" grid, so it fits 5/8" system clamps, stops and fixturing tools.
- Is the frame steel?
- No. The frame is 6061 aluminum extrusion; the top is the steel part, 10 mm or 12 mm thick.
- Can I buy the clamping kit later?
- Yes. The same 12-pc kit is sold on its own as the TSB-A.
- Does it come assembled?
